Reading / Language Arts
Our story this week is “Where’s the Honey, Honey?” and our comprehension skills will focus on sequence and main idea. We will begin learning about pronouns and will continue informational writing.
Math
Our math skills this week will include writing number sentences to show equal groups, counting quarters, rounding to the nearest 10, and finding one half of a set. Please continue to practice addition and subtraction facts at home as these are still slowing down the math process for some.
Social Science
We will continue our study of animals and habitats as we focus on grasslands.
